Winn works for an organization called FHI 360, a nonprofit working to improve lives around the world through integrated, locally driven solutions. “Our practice areas include public health, civil society, economic development, education, crisis response, and other disciplines that enhance lives,” said Winn.

Sisters Turn Passion for Shoes into Business

Sisters Megan Coleman, ’18, and Cecilia Coleman, ’20, followed in the footsteps of their entrepreneur mother and turned their passion for shoes into a business. Raw Heat is collectively owned and run by the Coleman sisters and Cecilia’s partner, Josh Joyner. Together, they were able to create a thriving business during a pandemic with their support for each other, positive attitudes, and most importantly, dedication.
