Kelly Everett Aman serves as the head of school at West Millbrook Magnet Middle School in Raleigh, N.C. While working in this role, Aman has led the school to authorization as an International Baccalaureate World School. Accomplishing this milestone during a pandemic reflects the passion with which Aman approaches her work and her commitment to her students and school.

After 21 years with BB&T (now Truist), Suzanne Gwyn Brooks is working with Ascensus. Her oldest son is a freshman at the University of South Carolina and her daughter is a junior at Broughton High School.

For the second time, Dorothy “Dottie” Bass Burch has been selected as one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in the 2022 North Carolina Super Lawyers edition. She has been recognized for her law practices in business/corporate law for six consecutive years. Selection is a distinct honor as stringent research and peer review are completed for each candidate. Burch was also named in the 2022 “Legal Elite” issue of Business North Carolina magazine.

Sherry Smith Joines continues to work as a speech-language pathologist at an elementary school in South Bend, Ind.
