After 40 years, Leigh McRoy Edwards retired in July 2021. Throughout her career, she served as a teacher and administrator in Early Childhood Education. Edwards is enjoying being a full-time grandmother to nine grandchildren and taking on long-deferred projects.

Enjoying reconnecting with classmates, Jackie Owens Stallings is preparing for the 50th reunion weekend in 2026. She encourages everyone to plan to attend, even if they have not been back to campus in years. Everyone will enjoy making new friends and have fun reminiscing on their Meredith days.
