Dr. Seria Lakes is the CEO of Aires Designs and is successfully working full-time for her company, which provides IT strategy & creative design consulting for government and commercial customers. Based on her successes, she is also a coach that helps others achieve career and personal development goals. Lakes is an adjunct professor at Capitol Technology University and teaches IT Strategy courses based on a book that she authored. Along with her mother, she co-founded The Elvoid Lakes III Foundation, which provides community philanthropic support.
